Introducing

Paul Moss
Director, South Pacific // PAL Aerospace
In December 2024, PAL Aerospace submitted its proposal to the Australian Border Force under the Aerial Surveillance Services RFT, offering the P-4 Maritime Surveillance Aircraft as the optimal solution for Australia’s aerial surveillance needs. With over 600 mission software installations across 60 countries, our aircraft, mission systems, and crew have proven themselves in the world’s most demanding operational environments—from the Arctic to the Caribbean, Europe, and the Arabian Gulf. Built on the DHC-8-400, the P-4 MSA delivers near-jet speed and performance with the reliability and value of a turboprop, powered by a next-generation mission system interoperable with Australia’s existing intelligence networks. More than an aircraft, PAL Aerospace is delivering a best-in-class solution designed with and for Australians—ensuring maximum value to Australia’s economy and its people.
